Ingredients:
- 500g zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 300g traditional sausage, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced and halved
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 ripe tomatoes, grated
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 bouillon cube (optional)
- A pinch of smoked paprika
- A little chili flakes (optional, to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the zucchini, sausage, and bell peppers. Dice the potatoes.
- Finely chop the onions, garlic, and parsley. Grate the tomatoes.
