Ingredients

- 250g feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
For the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine the lukewarm water, salt, oil, and vinegar. Stir to mix.
- Gradually add the sifted flour, mixing until it forms a soft, supple dough.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Once rested, divide the dough into 6 portions for the 6 layers of dough (3 layers for the top and 3 layers for the bottom).
