Quick 10-Minute Cake

This simple and fast dessert can be prepared in just 10 minutes. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and perfect when you're craving something sweet!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chocolate milk (I used the children’s milk for automatic machines)
  • 12 biscuits (piskoti)
  • 200 g cream cheese (you can use any kind you have, I used Buko, similar to Philadelphia or Mascarpone)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 sachets of whipped cream (whipped topping)
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Dip 10 biscuits into the chocolate milk and layer them on the bottom of a dish or bowl.

Make the Cream:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Nutella. Mix briefly until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the two sachets of whipped cream with 300 ml of milk (adjust the amount of milk as per the instructions on the sachet; I reduced it slightly for a thicker whipped cream).
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread half of this cream over the biscuits

Layer the Cake:
  1. Dip the remaining 12 biscuits in the chocolate milk and layer them on top of the cream layer.
  2. Use a spoonful of the cream to cover the biscuits so that they’re fully covered.

Decorate: Fill a piping bag with the remaining cream and use it to decorate the top of the cake.

Serve:

The cake is ready to enjoy! It’s best after chilling for a bit, but you can also serve it immediately if you prefer.

This no-bake cake is quick, easy, and delicious—perfect for when you’re short on time but still want to indulge in something sweet!
